Highlife will never die—Kwabena Kwabena
Musician Kwabena Kwabena has reiterated Daddy Lumba’s position on highlife music.
According to him, highlife will never die, just as Daddy Lumba said during the 2003 Ghana Music Awards.
Kwabena Kwabena made this known after he performed at the candlelight vigil held in memory of the late Daddy Lumba.
He believes that highlife is music made for the Ghanaian people, by the Ghanaian people, and for the Ghanaian people.
“He is a legend forever. Just as Daddy Lumba said, highlife will never die. Rest in Peace, Legend,” he said.
