I don’t get sidelined for shows; organizers can’t just afford me
Ghanaian Dancehall Artiste, Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah says he can never be sidelined in the music industry.
To him, if he did not feature on a show, no one should blame it on him being sidelined.
Rather, they should blame it on his price tag which may have been way above the budget of the organizers.
Shatta Wale revealed that he charges $200k for a show so claims of him being sidelined can never be true.
After the Global Citizens Festival, music lovers in Ghana could not fathom why Shatta Wale did not feature.
There were claims that some industry persons kicked against organizers using him but in a post on Facebook, the artiste seems to have addressed the conversation ongoing.
He said “Don’t use the word sidelined ,when my price is $200k …am not a lines man
