I never pictured being here, but I always knew it would be big

Diana Hamilton has shared insights into her music career during an interview on Starr Chat with Bola Ray.
Reflecting on her journey on Starr Chat monitored by MyNewsGh, she spoke about her humble beginnings, the challenges she faced, and the unwavering faith that has guided her every step of the way.
When asked about how she became the renowned Diana Hamilton, she revealed that it wasn’t a well-planned path.
“The beauty of it is the fact that I don’t sit down and say, ‘right, this is Diana Hamilton,’” she explained. “But there’s a Diana Hamilton who wants to get there.” Despite not having a set vision of the future, Diana knew one thing for sure: her journey would be bigger and better.
She further admitted that she never envisioned the magnitude of her success, saying, “Did I see how big it was going to get? No, I didn’t. I just enjoyed every stage of my life.”
For Diana, the key to her success lies in trusting God’s plan, even when it’s hard to understand the bigger picture.
“I know that everything happens as part of God’s perfect will for me, and as long as I live in that will, all things will work together for my good,” she shared.
Despite her current success, Diana emphasized that she never looks back with regret. “I would never look back and say I should have done this. No regrets,” she affirmed. She sees every challenge, every stage, and every step as essential to shaping who she is today.
Diana’s commitment to her faith and passion for music remain evident, even as she continues to reach new heights.
“When I was standing on a Pentecost stage and singing, I had the same butterflies I had on a Pentecost local branch,” she recalled. For her, the excitement of performing never changes, no matter the size of the stage.
