Ghanaian Highlife musician, Peter Famiyeh Bozah has said one of the things that hurt him the most in life was the fact that his parents and grandmother are no longer with him.

The “Nothing I Get” hit maker did not had the opportunity to grow beside his parents  because they died while he was still young and was raised by his grandmother who also died in the same he came to the lime light.

Speaking on Joy Prime’s  Prime Exclusive on Friday, July 16 monitored by GhanaPlus.com he said, the dead of his parents and grandmother still hurts because his children would not have the opportunity like other kids to know their grandparents.

“I don’t like saying it but the fact that my parents are not here with me, my child will not know her grandparents and my grandmother who also took care of me died in the same year I came to the lime light, it hurt me”, he said

Fameye and Ghanaian music scene

Fameye, born Peter Famiyeh Bozah, rose to the Ghanaian music scenes in the year 2019 when he release his first ever single, Nothing I Get and has since been a force to reckon with in the industry which employs thousands of young people.

He was in 2020 adjudged the Vodafone Ghana Music Award (VGMA), New Artiste of the year and won the Best HipLife Song of The Year with his song titled Long Life in the year 2021 at same in an event held last month.

Fameye is known for hit tracks such as, Enkwa, Barman, Nothing I Get, Sika Duro and many others including his latest single Praise which is already making waves in the Ghanaian entertainment environment and house holds.
