It’s always great when you have children whilst married – Adina Thembi

Highlife singer and songwriter, Adina Thembi has responded to Gospel artiste, Broda Sammy’s assertion that people should not marry but rather have children.
“I don’t know but each one for himself that’s the truth so if you observe and conclude whether marriage or childbirth is what you desire that’s up to you,” she said on Cape Coast’s Property FM.
Disagreeing with her colleague in the music industry, Adina Thembi said it’s always great for the growth and future of children when both parents are together.
She argued “But I think the concept of marriage when you meet someone that loves and respects you and is ready to support you and you are also ready to support the person is a beautiful thing.
“It’s always great when you have children whilst you are married or both of the parents are together because it serves as a strong foundation for child growth,” she said in an interview.
“I would always advocate for marriage if you can because I know a lot of people would also say that it’s not easy so at the end of the day there will be a lot of advice”.
