Kofi Kinaata’s songwriting skills, sense of humour rare- Adina
Award-winning musician Adina has revealed the reasons why she featured Highlife artiste, Kofi Kinaata, on her ‘Party’ song.
Talking to Amansan Krakye in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com, she remarked that Kofi Kinaata’s songwriting skills and sense of humour are impeccable.
“I featured Kofi Kinaata on my party song because of the message that we want to sell; he’s the best person who can deliver.
“We all know that Kofi Kinaata’s writing skills are exceptional, and he’s among the very best, and he’s one in town.
“So for the kind of message that we are talking about, I felt that he’s the best person, and apart from that, he also uses a lot of motivating words in his songs.
“He has comedic ways of saying what he wants to say in his songs, and he involves humour in delivering his serious messages most often.
“When listening to Kofi Kinaata, you won’t feel like you’re in a church and they’re preaching, and it still feels like my brother is advising me.
“He’s an amazing artiste and I’m a huge fan of Kofi Kinaata. That’s why I thought he’s definitely the one that will complement the song, and he really killed it.”
