Mohbad’s wife breaks silence on his sudden illness and tragic passing

Wunmi has given a chilling account of the moments leading up to his tragic death.

The wife wife of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, in an interview on TVC’s Your View, revealed how the singer reacted immediately after receiving a third injection from a nurse who was treating a wound he had sustained earlier.

“The nurse examined the wounded part, and I informed her that my husband was an ulcer patient, so she should be careful with what she administered,” Wunmi explained.

She detailed her cautious approach, questioning the nurse about the injections being given to Mohbad.

“I asked about the injections, and she mentioned tetanus and other medications.

“She gave him the first and second injections without issue, but when she administered the third, he immediately asked her to take it out, saying he needed to throw up and urinate.”

What followed was a rapid decline in Mohbad’s condition.

“We poured water on him, and he asked for the air conditioner because he was feeling extremely hot inside.

“He started having goosebumps and continued throwing up, so we moved him to Liam’s room, where there was an AC,” she recalled.

Despite their efforts to make him comfortable, the discomfort persisted.

“Still, he was uncomfortable, so we sought help from a neighbor to take him to the hospital because his car was faulty.”
