My diss song to Amerado wasn’t meant for streaming platforms
Ghanaian rapper, Joseph Gamor popularly known by his stage name Lyrical Joe has said that he has not recorded a diss song ahead of his new song with Kelvyn Boy titled ‘Win Win’.
Clarifying issues about the viral video of a diss song he did for Amerado, the ‘5th August’ hitmaker said he didn’t go to the studio to purposely record a diss song for his colleague.
“I went for an interview and I was asked a question and they played the song by Amerado but already I have heard the song before,” he remarked on Kastle FM in Cape Coast.
He added, “So I said during that interview on that platform that I will reply Amerado and so that was the outcome of what you saw”.
Speaking on the Kastle Entertainment Show, the winner of the Best Rap Performance at the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) said his diss song wasn’t planned to be released on streaming platforms.
“But I didn’t bring a diss song, where is the song on streaming platforms for people to download, no,” he said in an interview with Amansan Krakye.
“I have not put anything on my social media platforms, I have not posted it neither have I dropped any song,” he told the host.
