My son is not sick; he’s struggling because of drug use/abuse

Mother of celebrated musician Okomfour Kwadee believes her son is not sick.

Rather, his predicament is a result of a combination of several factors.

She mentions disrespect, friends, and drug use as the major cause of his current predicament.

“My son is not sick. He is struggling because of obstinacy, bad company, and drug use. I won’t disgrace him but this is why I believe that he has gone through challenges,” she told Gifty Adorye in an interview.

The musician’s mother noticed that there were reports suggesting she had barred her son from getting back to music.

She, however, stated that she has not done any such thing. Rather, she has asked that he takes time off music, get help to sort out his current issues, and if it is the will of God for him to come back to music, he can.
