MzVee to establish a foundation to champion women empowerment

Multiple award-winning songstress, MzVee known in real life as Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda has spoken about her desire to set-up a nonprofit making organization.
“I’m actually about to launch the MzVee Foundation from the GH¢200,000 proceeds that I had from my 10:30 album launch and its sales,” she said monitored by MyNewsGh.com
Speaking about the MzVee Foundation, the Ghanaian singer said her quest to establish her own Non-Governmental Organization is to champion women empowerment.
“If you’ve followed me in my whole career and if you know me you will know that I’m one person who’s a big advocate for women empowerment,” MzVee told Amansan Krakye in an interview.
She added on Kastle FM in Cape Coast “From my MzVee High School tour that I have been doing to working with the World Bank to working with UNICEF to working with some NGOs on women empowerment.
“You will know that that’s the one area I don’t play with at all so my MzVee Foundation will definitely be centred around women,” she concluded on the show.
