Okudzeto Ablakwa steals the show in vibrant kente at Mahama’s historic inauguration
Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa showed up at the Black Star Square wearing a colourful kente cloth for the historic inauguration of President-elect John Dramani Mahama.
With all smiles, he posed for the camera with colleague MPS, Edem Agbana and Dzifa Gomashie, Mynewsgh.com reports.
John Mahama will be Ghana’s 6th president under the Fourth Republic.
John Dramani Mahama is, however, coming in for his second term after he failed to win the 2016 elections.
Mahama, 66, is expected to tackle familiar challenges, including corruption, high unemployment, inflation and public discontent.
