Releasing my book was a big therapy for me

Actress Yvonne Nelson has disclosed that releasing her book “I’m Nort Yvonne Nelson was very therapeutic.

She says it took years to work on the body of work, indicating that it has been a wonderful ride.

The actress, who was speaking on the premises of her school during the graduation ceremony, indicated that everyone has difficulties in their lives and things that they don’t talk to people about, and therefore her ability to tell her story was like therapy for her.

“It’s been a wonderful ride. It was something that I was working on for the longest time. That is what people don’t know, and they thought I woke up one day and used a week to write a book.

“We all have difficulties in our lives and things that we don’t talk to anybody about and it’s been a big therapy for me to release the book. There is so much more I will want to share but let’s see what happens,” she told Joy News.

Yvonne Neslon in her book disclosed that she does not know her father as the man she thought was her father turned out not to be her biological father.

The book chronicles her childhood and the hardship she had to endure to ensure that she gets where she is currently.
