RTP Awards only award scheme in Ghana to give winners plots of land
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Big Events Ghana, organizers of the Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards has revealed that over the years the scheme has given prizes to the award winners apart from the plaque.
“Over the years RTP Awards has given so many prizes to our cherished winners from brand new home theatres to television sets to all winners,” he said on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
“We have taken winners to Dubai before for a whole expense trip paid and it’s a kind of learning experience with fun,” he told Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM.
According to the CEO Mr. Prince McKay, the 11th Adonko RTP Awards 2021 will give out plots of land to 15 personality winners who are able to amass the most votes and stated that they also did the same last year.
He added “We have had over the years given award winners so many things so last year we started giving out plots of land to the winners and so far we’ve shared some to the winners.
“Definitely this year too we will share plots of land to the winners but this time around it is for only 15 of the personality winners with terms and conditions applied,” he ended.
Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards, recognizes outstanding media personalities and media houses whose works show exemplary leadership towards building a vision and a future for Ghana’s media platform.
