Shatta Wale released on bail after arrest; Sammy Flex thanks fans
Shatta Wale has been granted bail following his recent arrest, bringing relief to his fans, management, and supporters.
The musician, who was picked up earlier this week, faced legal trouble after authorities demanded that he provide documentation regarding a luxury Lamborghini he had flaunted online. When he failed to produce the required receipt, questions about ownership and legality led to his arrest.
Shortly after his release, Shatta Wale’s PRO, Sammy Flex, addressed the media and fans in a brief statement of gratitude.
“Hi, I am actually not coming to do a Q&A. I am here to supply information to you guys and that’s it. The good news is that Shatta Wale has been arrested and he has been released,” Sammy Flex said.
“Finally, at the moment, he is released. Once again, another good news is that the bail conditions were released.
“To the media guys who came to cover this event, to the fans especially, to the management people as well as some friends and supporters of Shatta Wale, we want to say that we are grateful. God bless you so much and thank you for your continuous support.”
He added that the artist is “forever grateful” for the overwhelming support he has received during this challenging period and assured fans they would hear directly from Shatta Wale in due time.
The PRO ended his remarks on a hopeful note, saying:
“Thank you. I hope he will not come here again.”
