Shatta Wale will perform and offer Shaxi – Sarkodie on Rapperholic concert
Sarkodie has opened up on why some big names in the music industry may be missing from his upcoming Rapperholic concert, which will be staged in the Ashanti Region for the first time.
The multiple award-winning rapper said, “I often find it difficult asking my colleagues in the industry for help in situations like this.
“Normally, I expect some of them to reach out to me and ask how they can contribute to the annual concert, which I stage to reward my fans with back-to-back music from my rich catalog.”
He went on to highlight the support he has received from some industry peers, mentioning, “Someone like Shatta Wale reached out to me to offer his help. He will perform at the concert and even provide his ride-hailing service, Shaxi, for the fans and artistes.”
Sarkodie also spoke fondly about his relationship with Shatta Wale, clarifying that their online feud is nothing serious.
“These so-called beefs are necessary to invigorate the entertainment landscape,” he explained on Lawson TV as monitored by MyNewsGh.
“Shatta Wale has always been my brother, and when we come together on the night of the Rapperholic concert, expect nothing less than fireworks.”
Sarkodie’s statement provide a glimpse into the dynamics behind Ghana’s music scene and reinforce the excitement building around what promises to be a memorable night for fans.
“I find it difficult to reach out to people for help. Shatta Wale for instance called me by himself to offer Shaxi services and to perform”
