Staunch Christians rather patronize pork the most

Ardent listeners of Property Radio in Cape Coast in a phone-in segment have shared their opinion about what UK-based singer, Sonnie Badu recently proclaimed.
The founder of Rockhill Chapel, Rev. Sonnie Badu has asked Christians to be wary of the kind of foods they consume as some could make them easily accessible to all kinds of demons.
According to the gospel musician, he specifically cited pork meat from pigs as the number one unclean meal that attracts evil spirits, however, many people have expressed varied views.
A caller via Showbiz on Property said “As for the pork issue it’s a bit frightening because the pig itself is a kind of animal which is not neat at all. When you see some of pigs around, in fact when you observe it carefully you won’t even feel like enjoying the pork.
“But right now among Christians the meat that they patronize the most is pork so when they close from church and you happen to be at a marketplace and you see the way they’ve lined up buying the pork it is not easy at all.
“I believe that it is not consuming pork that will make Christians go astray because there are Christians who have never eaten pork before but that person might not be having a good spirit.
“So I don’t believe that it is the eating of pork that will make Christians go wayward,” Maame Egyirba told Amansan Krakye the host as MyNewsGh.com monitored.
