Stop ‘pounding’ the women in bed; be gentle and romantic during the atopa – Lady Vera
Sex therapist Vera Wiredu known widely known as Lady Vera has appealed to men to at least be more romantic during lovemaking and stop pounding their partners.
She disclosed that romance in lovemaking plays a key role in the stimulation and adds to the pleasure which every man must try to do.
Speaking on Accra-based Okay Fm monitored by MyNewsGh.com, she indicated that the habit of some men hitting at a particular spot without learning new ways of engaging in sexual intercourse has left several women with bruises.
“Men when you do that you flatten all the rumple strips in the vagina of the woman that stimulates the excitement during sex. When these things flatten the woman comes very early and it’s no longer fun to have sex yet will complain that it is no longer exciting to engage in sexual intercourse with their partners”, she revealed.
According to her, being on a woman during sex for more than 30 minutes is no longer considered as sex but punishment which in the long run affects her.
“Let the romance be more. Hold her breast, buttocks and romance her well. Endeavor to communicate that may give the woman multiple orgasms rather than stroke the woman and use lubricant. Thrusting the woman to the point she cries does not make you a man but only shows that you are subjecting her to severe pain and some injuries”, she added.
