TGMA2025: Campaign for ‘Artiste of the Year’ has become so ugly and nasty
Musician, Article Wan is of the view that the campaign for the coveted Artiste of the Year at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards has become so ugly and nasty.
The musician premises his argument on the decision to appoint public relations officers by some artistes vying for the award as the reason for his claim.
While speaking in an interview with Amansan Kwakye in an interview monitored by mynewsgh.com, Article Wan expressed shock at the lengths these artistes are going to just to be crowned on the night.
“Truth be told, the recent incessant campaign for this year’s TGMA Artiste of the Year has become so ugly, nasty, and very annoying, to say the least,” he said as MyNewsGh.com monitored.
“What Kind of basabasa, nyama nyama thing are we doing to ourselves to suffocate the industry? Please, they should let us have breathing space.
“There’s only one person that will be given the award but nowadays even if you want to come online then you get angry due to this bullshit campaign”, he fumed.
