The lifestyle of gospel musicians worthy of emulation for others
‘Agye Won Nsam’ hitmaker, Piesie Esther has stated that gospel musicians in Ghana should make sure that they live an exemplary life worthy of emulation for others to learn from them.
“I can say that it’s not about focusing only on the song that is being released by the gospel artiste but sometimes our lifestyle also speaks to other people,” she opined.
“That’s why if you happen to be a gospel musician or a man of God you have to live an exemplary life worthy of emulation for others to learn from you,” Piesie Esther added on the Kastle Drive Show.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM in Cape Coast, Piesie Esther said that those who sing about the gospel of God must match their lifestyle with the kind of work that they are doing.
She stated “Our lifestyle must suit the kind of work we’re doing so we should not only focus on the songs that the gospel artiste sing but people must also look at our lives and this can affect someone in different ways.
“So if I’m singing songs about God, then the message I’m talking about must go with my life and match up so we can’t listen to the songs alone and ignore the person’s lifestyle,” she concluded.
