There are more pressing issues in Ghana than the anti-gay bill by MPs
Hip Hop and Afrobeats artiste, Edward Kofi Agyemang Amoah known by the stage name Kofi Mole has shared his opinion on criminalizing same-sex advocacy and relationships in Ghana.
Some Members of Parliament (MPs) are championing the passage of LGBTQ+ bill by parliament which will seek to incriminate homosexual menace in the country.
However, Kofi Mole the ‘aposo gangster’ has disclosed on Kastle FM in Cape Coast that there are more pressing issues than LGBTQ+ which demands urgent attention by parliamentarians.
“If you compare this LGBT issue with other pressing issues in this country you would realize there are weightier ones which need urgent attention,” Kofi Mole told Amansan Krakye.
“I think there are other issues that if we give it our maximum attention it will help a lot of people more than this LGBT stuff,” he added on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
Meanwhile, Madina Lawmaker Francis Xavier Sosu has revealed that many people have judged him wrongly following an interview he granted on the anti-gay bill that is currently before parliament.
