Vida Adutwumwaa calls out Ohemaa Mercy over Koka’s arrest, remand

Entertainment pundict Vida Adutwumwaa has expressed her disappointment in gospel singer Ohemaa Mercy for her decision to Kwaku Osei Korankye Asiedu, known as KOKA.
This incident has sparked conversations about loyalty, brand relationships, and conflict resolution within the entertainment industry.
During a segment on UTV’s United Showbiz, Vida highlighted the irony of Ohemaa’s actions, given KOKA’s significant contributions to her brand before their fallout.
She stated, “Considering KOKA’s stature and the support he provided to Ohemaa, it was inappropriate for her to take such drastic action against him.”
Vida emphasized that KOKA’s comments about Ohemaa were not intended to harm her reputation but were rather an attempt to address an outstanding debt that she owed him.
Vida’s comments underscore a broader sentiment that loyalty and patience should be prioritized in professional relationships, especially within the entertainment sector.
She pointed out that KOKA had shown unwavering support for Ohemaa’s Tehillah concert, indicating that this history of collaboration should have warranted a more amicable resolution to their conflict.
Before his arrest, KOKA publicly criticized Ohemaa Mercy through a series of social media posts, accusing her of being a fraudulent woman of God. In a press release, Ohemaa Mercy alleged that he had threatened her life regarding a debt he asserted she owed him.
