Why I decided to do the listening session of Mr. Lova EP in Cape Coast
Ghanaian Highlife musician, Quarme Zaggy born Nana Kwame Ampah has disclosed why he did the listening session of his Mr. Lova Extended Play (EP) in Cape Coast.
“I think that just as it is said that charity begins at home, so for a very long time I have not done any program of such nature in Cape Coast,” he revealed.
He added, “This is where I started my musical journey and those days I was in the beginning stage and now we’ve matured so we ought to do something”.
Talking to Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM in Cape Coast ahead of the Mr. Lova EP listening session, Quarme Zaggy said he wanted his people to be the first to critique his project.
He remarked, “So with my EP I want my people back at home to do the listening first before I can outdoor it for everyone to listen to it.
“So far I have released one of the songs which are enjoying a lot of airplay in Cape Coast and beyond,” he continued.
“There are a lot of songs on it which people haven’t really heard so I want people to come and listen to it and share their comments with me,” he ended.
