Why Israel DMW was snubbed at Asa Asika’s wedding
The wedding bells may have rung joyfully for Davido’s manager, Asa Asika, but one familiar face was noticeably absent — Israel DMW.
Social media has been abuzz following reports that Israel, Davido’s logistics manager, was allegedly not invited to the star-studded traditional ceremony between Asa and his longtime fiancée, Leona Adesanya.
The wedding, held in grand style, drew in key members of the DMW crew, including Davido himself and celebrity friends like Cubana Chief Priest. But Israel DMW’s absence did not go unnoticed by fans and blogs alike.
Entertainment blogger Cutie Juls stirred the conversation online, claiming that the couple personally requested Israel not be part of the ceremony.
“It is alleged that the couple specifically requested that they do not want Isreal at their wedding. Hence Isreal was not allegedly present at the big 30BG wedding,” the post read.
This revelation comes against the backdrop of drama surrounding Israel’s own failed marriage, which has made headlines in recent months.
From public fallouts to heated exchanges with his ex-wife, his relationship has been under intense scrutiny.
To add fuel to the speculation, a quick search through Instagram shows that Israel and Asa are no longer following each other — a subtle digital gesture that many interpret as confirmation of an underlying rift.
While neither party has officially commented, fans are left wondering: Is this a temporary misunderstanding or a permanent break in the 30BG brotherhood?
