Why Iyabo unfollowed me – Phyna finally breaks silence
Phyna has revealed that Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo unfollowed her on social media after she commented on a post made by social media personality Verydarkman.
The Big Brother Naija reality show star made this disclosure during her Twitch livestream, where she explained how the situation unfolded.
“She was having issues with V. So, I twitted to like replying to V because V made a statement but it was mistaken,” Phyna said.
According to her, things changed between her and Iyabo Ojo after that comment. “And since then I think mama doesn’t like me that much again because before she used to comment on my posts, she used to like it,” she added.
Phyna claimed the actress no longer engages with her content. “Now she no longer likes it and she no longer follows me,” she stated.
She went on to blame the fallout on her response to Verydarkman’s post. “And I’m very sure it’s because of the dirty boy but it’s one I have to face,” Phyna said.
The reality star, however, did not indicate whether she has attempted to reach out to Iyabo Ojo to resolve the issue.
Phyna, whose real name is Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, is a Nigerian reality TV star and hype woman. She rose to fame after winning the seventh season of Big Brother Naija, themed “Level Up,” in 2022.
She is the first female housemate to win the reality show without receiving a strike throughout her stay in the house. Her victory earned her the grand prize of ₦100 million.
Since leaving the Big Brother house, Phyna has built a career as a brand influencer, entertainer, and public figure.
