2021/22 Ghana Premier League matchday 1: RTU v Great Olympics preview
Ghana Premier League newcomers, Real Tamale United are set to begin their campaign in the top-flight league today when the team hosts Great Olympics.
The team from Tamale excelled in the National Division One League last season and as a result deservedly secured promotion.
On the back of a very good pre-season where the club also managed to augment its squad, they are now ready to compete with the big boys.
Today, Real Tamale United will face its first test when the team takes on a solid opposition in Great Olympics.

The Ghana Premier League is set to continue today, Sunday, October 31, 2021, with loads of action at various match venues.
The new 2021/2022 Ghanaian top-flight league commenced last Friday when Accra Lions drew 1-1 against Elmina Sharks at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Subsequently on Saturday, there was an exciting game played between Dreams FC and Asante Kotoko.
At the end of the game that produced four goals, it was the Porcupine Warriors club that came from behind to record a delightful 3-1 win to amass the maximum points.
