2022 FIFA WCQ: Former Hoffenheim striker Prince Tagoe confident Ghana will beat Zimbabwe
Former Hoffenheim striker Prince Tagoe says Ghana will beat Zimbabwe in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Saturday.
The Black Stars are currently in camp preparing for their matchday three encounter against the Warriors at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Ghana are 2nd in Group G with three points following a 1-0 win over Ethiopia and a 1-0 loss to South Africa in the first two matches in the World Cup campaign.
“If you are in a team and the strikers are not getting the supply it’s difficult to score”, Tagoe told Happy 98.9FM.
“Since Thomas recovered from injury, Arsenal is performing better now.
“We shouldn’t blame the team too much because they missed a lot of key players against South Africa”, he added.
The match is scheduled for 1600Hrs kick-off on Saturday, October 9, 2021.
This will be Milovan Rajevac’s first game in charge since being re-appointed last month.
