2022 FIFA WCQ: Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac names 28-man squad to face Ethiopia, South Africa
The head coach of the Ghana national team, Milovan Rajevac has named a 28-man squad for the team’s final hurdle in Group G of the African qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The Black Stars are currently second on the standings of the group and trail South Africa by a single point.
This month when the international break comes around, Ghana will face Ethiopia and South Africa in games the team must win to progress to the next stage of the qualifiers.
Ahead of the crucial matches, Coach Milovan Rajevac has named his squad to do battle for the Black Stars.
Lawrence Ati-Zigi returns to the team to lead the four goalkeepers invited for the games.
Talisman Thomas Partey is in the squad as well as captain Andre Ayew and his brother Jordan Ayew.
In the attack, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Kamaldeen Sulemana, and Mohammed Kudus also make the squad.
