2022 WC PlayOff : Black Stars hold first training session in Kumasi

The Black Stars this afternoon trained at the Baba Yara Stadium for their World Cup play-off against Nigeria on Friday.

The training was supervised by the technical team led by head coach Otto Addo with support from his technical advisor Chris Hughton, assistant coaches Mas-Ud Didi Dramani and George Boateng as well goalkeepers’ trainer Richard Kingston.

Twenty five (25) players took part in the closed door session on Tuesday evening as the team intensified preparation for Friday’s game.

Only Jordan Ayew and Elisha Owusu missed out in the session as they are yet to report in camp.

They are expected to train on Wednesday before their final training on Thursday.

The Black Stars will play as guests to the Super Eagles in the first leg on March 25 before the reverse fixture on March 29 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
