2022 WC qualifiers: Ghana hoping Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus regain fitness and form for next fixtures

Ghana is hoping to have Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus fit and in top form next month when the qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament resumes.

The Arsenal midfielder and the Ajax attacker could not join the Black Stars for this month’s qualifiers due to various injuries they are carrying at their clubs in England and Netherlands.

After Ghana’s one win and one defeat against Ethiopia and South Africa respectively, there is cause for worry for the West African side eager to qualify for next year’s world cup.

Now trailing South Africa on the Group G standings of the qualifiers, Ghana can only hope it has all of its top stars available in the next round of fixtures in the qualifiers.
