It’s not known whether he will start the game on Friday despite doubt surrounding his fitness.
Ayew revealed that he was unwell for two days before the Black Stars lost their first game of the tournament to Morocco on Monday.
Ghana’s head coach Milovan Rajevac confirmed the skipper is available for selection but refused to give assurance on whether he will start the game or not.
