Ghana’s Arago Jamal has been included in Azerbaijan Premier Liga Team of the Week.
The versatile defender deservedly earned his spot following an electric performance on his debut for Sabail FC over the weekend.
Jamal set up the only goal for his team in their vital away win over Sabah FC.
The former Drita FC defender joined the side on Thursday and had only two days with the side ahead of the game.
Nevertheless, Jamal lasted the entire duration and put up a memorable display that will surely excite the club’s fan base.
