Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey reveals he is happy to be back
Black Stars deputy captain Thomas Partey took to his official Instagram to post “happy to be back” joining Arsenal’s first team training.
The midfielder has not featured for the London club this season, but he is expected to make a positive start this weekend.
Arsenal fans were excited when photos of the 28-year-old in training surfaced on social media before their match against Norwich.
“Happy to be back with the team,” said Partey on Instagram “Working hard is the way to achieve our goals this season,”
Granit Xhaka, is suspended after receiving a straight red during Arsenal’s 5-0 defeat to Manchester City before the international break.
Thomas Partey is likely to play against Norwich and will play alongside Albert Sambi Lokonga in midfield.
