Asante Kotoko Board Chairman Dr. Kwame Kyei buys Division One League club
The Board Chairman of Ghana Premier League giant’s Asante Kotoko SC, Dr. Kwame Kyei has purchased a Division One League club following a successful negotiations.
The Ghanaian Business mogul on Wednesday sealed all contractual agreement to buy Lower-tier club Bekwai Youth Academy.
According to Kumasi-based Pure FM, the hardworking and astute businessman has paid ¢200,000 with a 100% stake in the Division One club Bekwai Youth Football Academy.
BYFA are in Zone two of the National Division One. The club secured promotion into the country’s second-tier league in 2017 and are yet to qualify for the Ghanaian top-flight since.
