Asante Kotoko to face lower side Liwa FC in a preseason friendly in Dubai on Sunday
Kumasi Asante Kotoko will play lower-tier side Liwa FC at the Shababal Ahli Stadium in a pre-season friendly.
The Ghana Premier League side are in the UAE for their pre-season ahead of the 2021/22 Ghana football season.
Kotoko suffered a 1-0 defeat to Al Hilal United in their first pre-season game on Thursday with Christopher Nettey scoring an own goal.
The Reds will be hoping to return to winning ways against Liwa FC on Sunday.
Asante Kotoko is currently in the Gulf country for a two-week preseason tour ahead of their 2021/22 season campaign.
The Porcupine Warriors travelled to Dubai for a preseason tour last week preparing for the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season scheduled to commence on October 29
The date of the game is 17th October 2021
The match will kick-off at 4:00pm (Sunday evening)
