According to Pure FM, the management decision follows the Miners’ 2-0 loss to King Faisal in the Ghana Premier League matchweek three game on Sunday.

Coach Ernest Thompson was named Ashantigold’s head coach in September on a two-year contract. He took over as head coach from interim coach Thomas Duah.
