Augustine Okrah reacts to scintillating second debut
It was a dream second debut for Bechem United forward Augustine Okrah who dazzled fans in Bechem United’s 4-0 victory over Medeama on the opening day of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
Okrah, who joined the Hunters in the off-season prior to the start of the new season, was the star of the show as he produced two assists and capped off a fine performance with a goal of his own in Bechem United’s rout over Medeama.
The 28-year-old took to social media to express his gratitude for the warm reception fans at the Nana Gyeabour Fosu Park served him while he produced one of his best performances on the local scene.
“Thank you Bechem for this wonderful welcome given me today as we beat Medeama 4-0. Even C. Ronaldo didn’t get this after he rejoined Man United: One goal, two assists, and three points,” – Okrah tweeted after the game.

Okrah will be returning to Kumasi to face his former employers Asante Kotoko when the Hunters return to action on matchday 2 of the Ghana Premier League.
