Avram Grant and Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger arrive in Ghana for short visit
Former Black Stars coach Avram Grant and Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger have arrived in Ghana for a short visit.
The duo touched down at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday night.
Grant has returned to the West African nation to visit some friends he made during his stint with the senior national team.
He led Ghana to the Africa Cup of Nations final in 2015, where they lost on penalties to Cote d’Ivoire.
Meanwhile, Rudiger also arrives in Accra weeks after his Chelsea teammate Callum Hdson-Odoi was seen in the nation’s capital.
The defender was part of the German team that crashed out at the Round 16 stage in the ongoing Euro 2020 Championship.
