Beating Tanzania is my headache- Ghana Coach Karim Zito
Ghana U-20 Head Coach Karim Zito says it remains his priority to beat Tanzania when the two sides meet on Tuesday.
Ghana face Tanzania in their group opener at the ongoing AFCON U-20 Championship in Mauritania.
The game takes place at the Stade Municipal de Nouadhibou at 8pm GMT with Referee Mehrez Melki (Tunisia) taking charge.
Speaking ahead of the game, Karim Zito emphasized on the essence of winning his first game.
He said “seriously its a big opportunity for us if we are ble to win the first game. Winning the first game gives you the motivation to play ahead.
” During the WAFU B, we were able to beat Nigeria and that carried us to the semi finals.
“I won’t say playing Tanzania is a must win, but winning is our first motto. I cannot talk about Morocco if I have not finished with Tanzania. For now, Tanzania is my headache. If I am able to go through with Tanzania then the rest will follow,” Zito concluded.
