Brian Brobbey likely to stay at Ajax, RB Leipzig wants 15 million.
Dutch born Ghanaian attacker Brian Brobbey is not expected to return to RB Leipzig this summer. RB Leipzig will like to get some significant amount from his sale.
Brian Brobbey has said repeatedly in recent weeks that he would like to continue at Ajax Amsterdam beyond the loan period. After a rough first half of the season at RB Leipzig, the attacker recovered his form and delight in the game at his youth club in the second half of the season seven goals in eleven appearances demonstrate that the attacker thrives in the Dutch city.
According to Bild, Brobbey’s dream will most likely be granted: he will not return to the Red Bulls, although there are currently no conversations between the two teams.
Following recent speculation that Ajax may pay roughly 10 million euros for Brobbey, Bild claims that this price would be insufficient. Brian Brobbey’s contract with the Bundesliga club runs till 2025 and they are reportedly going to ask for 15 million.
Brobbey scored some crucial goals in Ajax’s battle to win the Eredivisie this season.
