CAF Women’s Champions League: GFA sends good will message Hasaacas Ladies ahead of Sundowns clash
The Ghana Football Association has sent a Goodwill message to Hasaacas Ladies ahead of the finals of the CAF Women’s Inter-Club Competition in Cairo, Egypt.
The ‘’Giantess’’ finished the Group stage with an unbeaten record after beaten Malabo Kings by 3-1, AS Mande 3-0, before Egyptian side Wadi Degla 2-2. The Doo Ladies also dispatched Rabat-based AS FAR Club in the semis to book a place in the final with South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.
‘’On behalf of the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), I extend a warm felicitations to you as the team prepare to face Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies at the finals of the CAF Women’s Inter-Club Competition in Cairo, Egypt. General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo (Esq.) said.
‘’It has been a long road and entire country have been so impressed with your commitment to the journey through the women’s FA Cup, the Women’s Premier League, WAFU B Championship, and unto the big stage in Egypt.
‘’We believe you are in the best shape possible to deliver the trophy to Ghanaians. We believe that you will write your name safely and boldly in the annals of the Women’s Champions League.
‘’Going into the game today, repurpose that emotion in your resolve and willingness to succeed, knowing that you are an enormous asset to the entire nation and we are solidly behind you’’ he added.

Hasaacas Ladies under Yusif Basigi has put up a brilliant performance in the maiden edition of the CAF Inter-Club Competition, earning them a final berth in Egypt.
