Dreams FC were tactically better than us – Ashantigold coach Sarfo Castro
Ashantigold coach Sarfo Castro has admitted his side deserved to lose following their 4-1 defeat against Dreams FC.
The Still Believe lads dominated and walloped the Miners with Joseph Esso stealing the show with a sublime hat trick at the theatre of Dreams.
Reacting to his side’s defeat on the day, the stop gap coach conceded Dreams FC were superior to his side on the day.
“Tactically they were ahead of us. They played better than us. The way they play they deserve to win.
“It was lack of concentration and they took advantage of it and punished us. We didn’t come to the party and they were very determined to win the game” he added
Ashantigold will be looking to end the first round on a high note when they visit bottom club Inter Allies at the Accra Sports Stadium.
