Emmanuel Hackman reveals why he signed for Gil Vicente
Ghanaian defender Hackman spoke about the first days of work in Gil Vicente’s squad and was instrumental in clarifying the horizon of evolution that led him to exchange four consecutive seasons in the Algarve for the Barcelos team.
“I came to Gil Vicente to grow and I think I made the right choice”, began by commenting the side to the Minho’s communication, to soon after assume the hope of reaping dividends from the commitment he has registered in the start of the preparation, as well as from the Coach Ricardo Soares leadership: “A season will never be easy, but we will continue to work focused and with the same determination to find the desired balance.
“I’ve only been in the team for a while, but I’ve learned a lot. We have a good coach who doesn’t hesitate to correct me and that’s good because that’s how I’m going to grow,”
On the other hand, the Gilistas finish today their internship period at Arcos de Valdevez with a test against Santa Clara. More than measuring forces with the Azoreans, this particular game, which will be played in Barcelos, aims to allow coach Ricardo Soares to measure the physical dimension of the players at his disposal.
