Evelyn Nsiah Asare gets Black Maidens Management Committee role
Beacon of light for Women’s Football in Ghana, Evelyn Nsiah Asare has been named on the Management Committee of the National Female U-17 side, the Black Maidens.
Madam Nsiah Asare has over the years grown her clout in the football industry and till date serves as the only female member on Asante Kotoko’s Board of Directors.
The former Media Practitioner has been named as part of a 6 member management Committee of the Black Maidens.
In 2007, Madam Evelyn Nsiah Asare joined Nana Bayin Eyison, Madam Habiba Atta and Coach Oti Akenteng to take the Black Damsels to Switzerland for FIFA U-14 exhibition tournament and won the cup.
She became a Management Committee Member for the national women U17 in 2012 and after some years, she was moved to U20 as a Management Committee Member till 2017 when she became a Welfare Officer for the Senior National Women’s team, Black Queens.
