Ex-Prez John Mahama wishes Black Satellites well ahead of U-20 AFCON final
Former president of Ghana, John Mahama has sent a goodwill message to the Black Satellites ahead of the African Under 20 Cup of Nations finals this evening in Mauritania.
The National U-20 team will face Uganda in the final match of the competition at the Stade Olympique de Nouakchott.
Ghana made it to this stage of the competition after beating Gambia by a lone goal in the semi finals, with Uganda also winning 4-1 over Tunisia.
Ghana are chasing their fourth Afcon title after wins in 1993, 1999 and 2009.
Ahead of our final game against Uganda tonight, I pray for victory for team #Ghana to lift the African U-20 trophy again.
