EXCLUSIVE: Liberty midfielder George Amoako seals move to Libyan giants Al Ahly Benghazi

Ghanaian midfielder, George Amoako has sealed a move to join Libyan giants Al Ahly Benghazi, footballghana.com can exclusively report.

In the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, the young midfielder excelled for Liberty Professionals.

During that campaign, George Amoako made 21 appearances for Liberty Professionals where he put up consistent top performances to help the team.

On the back that season, the midfielder has today wrapped up a move to Libyan giants Al Ahly Benghazi.

The 22-year-old has inked a two-year contract with the side and will have a big role to play for the team in the upcoming 2021/2022 football season.

In the last few months, George Amoako had been linked with a possible move to Medeama SC but no agreement was reached.

He is now moved to Libya to continue his career.
