FC St. Pauli fears for Daniel-Kofi Kyereh’s exit in January as interest in star attacker increases
German outfit, FC St. Pauli are fearful of losing star attacker Daniel-Kofi Kyereh to a transfer in January amid the increasing interest in the player.
The Black Stars attacker since the start of the 2021/2022 football season has excelled and is currently not just one of the best players at St. Pauli but in the German Bundesliga 2 as well.
Due to his stellar displays, sources say Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is wanted by top European clubs including teams in the German Bundesliga.
Ahead of the January transfer window, his FC St. Pauli side which is pushing to gain promotion to the Bundesliga is now fearful that they will lose the player.
In addition to that, there is also concern knowing that the forward will be invited by Ghana for the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon.
If that happens, the club will miss his services for up to a month depending on how far the Black Stars progress in the tournament.
