Fiorentina defender Igor Julio says Alfred Duncan is a true friend

Igor Julio, a Fiorentina defender, talks about his personal friendship with Alfred Duncan and that he gave him God.

In an interview with the Fiorentina press, Igor begins by discussing the central defender’s friendship with Alfred Duncan.

“He arrived at Fiorentina with me, he is one of those true friends. I also told my wife: Alfred is a true friend who gave me God. We are always together, we talk about everything,” he said.

“When I wasn’t playing a lot, he talked to me. And when he had moments when he played less, and he was sad, I was always by his side, telling him that he can improve, that he can do more and that his time would come,”

“True friendship is this: to be there not only when everything is fine, but also in difficult moments. Alfred is someone I always want beside me, it’s part of my family,”
