George Amoako to be sacked as Black Stars management committee chairman - Reports

George Amoako is expected to be relieved from his duties as the Black Stars management committee chairman.

The King Faisal FC Chief Executive Officer [CEO] was appointed as the Black Stars management committee chairman in January 2020 by the led Kurt Okraku’s administration.

Following Black Stars doubleheader against Zimbabwe, the veteran football administrator is expected to lose his position.

According to a report filed by Accra based Asempa FM, George Amoako will be replaced by Ghana Football Association vice president, Mark Addo.

George Amoako started his job with CK Akonnor, who was sacked last month and was replaced by Milovan Rajevac.

The reason for his imminent exit is unknown.

Meanwhile, Jones Alhassan Abu, who passed away last month in the Ivory Coast, will also be replaced by a new member on the board.
