Ghana attacker Benjamin Tetteh opens up on toughness of Turkish Super Lig

Ghana forward, Benjamin Tetteh has noted that playing in the Turkish Super Lig is very difficult.

The exciting forward is playing in his second season in the Turkish top-flight league. At Yeni Malatyaspor where he plays, he has excelled and is currently one of the team’s best players.

Opening up on his time in the Turkish Super Lig, Benjamin Tetteh says the league is very tough but interesting as well.

“Football in Turkey is very interesting. Because you can never predict which team will beat how. It’s a very interesting league. Anyone can win against anyone.

“You can’t tell me that a big team can easily beat a smaller team,” the Ghana striker has disclosed.

Due to his outstanding showings at Yeni Malatyaspor, Benjamin Tetteh in the summer had interest from Turkish giants Galatasaray.

He was part of the Ghana team that beat Zimbabwe home and away in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in the October international break.
