Ghana defender Alexander Djiku not happy about South Africa result
Strasbourg defender Alexander Djiku is not happy about Black Stars’ defeat to South Africa in their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers at the FNB Stadium.
The France based defender lasted the entire duration of the game and formed a partnership with Columbus Crew’s Jonathan Mensah who was making a return to the squad.
In the post, Djiku called for support and also thanked fans for their love shown before and after the game.
After the match, Djiku took to his Instagram page to react to the defeat, posting “Difficult to accept…but everybody gave everything today.
Let’s keep our heads up. The road is still long.
Thanks to all Ghanaians people for the support and love “
